Return policy

You may return an unopened, unused product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and with all accessories.

For mattresses, this means the protective plastic has not been removed and the mattress has not been slept on.

Call or WhatsApp us with your order reference and a photo of the item in its original condition. We’ll arrange pickup at no extra charge within Abuja.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days after inspection.

If a product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we replace it free of charge. The manufacturer’s warranty covers:

• Sagging over 2 cm from normal use
• Broken springs under normal use
• Seam separation
• Faulty zips or stitching on covers

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal softening from use
• Stains, burns, or physical damage
• Damage from improper use or unsupported bases
• Items without a valid order reference

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Pillows that have been removed from their sealed packaging
• Mattress protectors that have been used
• Custom-made mattresses or special-size orders
